Vertbaudet Black Friday 2026: wait on furniture

Disclosure: Shoptera may earn a commission if you buy through links on this page. It doesn't change our advice.

In 2015, Vertbaudet UK took 30% off everything for Black Friday weekend. Last November, its French shop cut a children's desk from €299 to €179.40. That's 40% off a big piece of furniture.

So here's the answer. Wait for Black Friday on furniture and nursery kit. Don't wait on kids' clothes that are already in the mid-season sale.

One note first. Vertbaudet UK doesn't keep its old Black Friday pages online, and UK deal sites list the offers without dates. So we built the ledger below from the one dated UK report we found, plus Vertbaudet's own French and German shops, which run the same brand's Black Friday every year.

We checked vertbaudet.co.uk on October 27, 2026. There was no Black Friday banner yet. Related: Black Friday 2026: every store we track.

When is the Vertbaudet Black Friday sale in 2026?

Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026. Cyber Monday is November 30.

Vertbaudet UK hasn't announced its 2026 dates. Its homepage had an autumn banner and no Black Friday mention when we checked on October 27.

Past sales give you a window, though:

• UK, 2015: Friday November 27 to Monday November 30. The sale opened on Black Friday itself.
• Germany, 2024: home deals started November 20, and the range widened on November 25.
• France, 2025: Friday November 21 to midnight on Monday December 1. That's 11 days, starting a full week before Black Friday.

If 2026 follows France's 2025 pattern, the sale opens on Friday, November 20 and runs to Cyber Monday, November 30. Start checking the week of November 16. Don't wait for the Friday itself.

Vertbaudet Black Friday sale history

This is every Vertbaudet Black Friday offer we could pin to a year. Rows are marked by shop, because the UK and European sites don't always run the same deal.

What the pattern tells you:

The depth barely moves. The headline has been 30% to 40% in almost every year we found. Germany's 50% in 2023 was the outlier.

Furniture is in the sale, not left out of it. The three French prices above are all exactly 40% off, and all three are home or nursery pieces. The undated UK offer targeted furniture and nursery items directly.

The sale starts early in Europe. Germany in 2024 and France in 2025 both opened a week or more before Black Friday. The UK's 2015 sale started on the Friday. We don't know which pattern the UK follows now.

Multi-buy extras land on the weekend. Both the French code and the UK Cyber Monday add-on rewarded bigger baskets, and both ran for only a few days.

What's live right now (checked October 27, 2026)

Vertbaudet's sale and category pages didn't load for us, so we can't show today's price on a specific cot bed or wardrobe.

So screenshot the price of the furniture you want today, then compare it on November 20. A real 30% cut on a price you recorded beats any "was" price on the day.

Should you wait for Black Friday on Vertbaudet furniture?

Yes. This is the strongest "wait" on the page.

Here's the math on a real Black Friday price. The French children's desk was €299. Last year's sale took it to €179.40, a saving of €119.60.

Now compare that with today's best offer. A 20% welcome discount on the same €299 desk leaves you paying €239.20. Black Friday beat it by €59.80.

The UK math works the same way at 30%. Every £100 of furniture costs £70 at a 30% sale and £80 with the 20% welcome code. On a £300 nursery set, that's £30 more in your pocket for waiting four weeks.

One catch. You usually can't have both. Deal trackers say the welcome code may not apply to sale items, and France's 2025 Black Friday discount couldn't be combined with other promotions. Plan for one discount, and make it the bigger one.

Should you buy kids' clothes now instead?

If it's already marked down, yes.

Deal trackers listed Vertbaudet's mid-season sale at up to 50% off on October 27. Black Friday clothing offers we found topped out at 40% in France and Germany, with one 50% year in Germany in 2023.

So a coat at 50% off today is very unlikely to drop further on November 27. Buy it.

Full-price clothing is different. If the piece isn't in the mid-season sale, hold it in your basket and wait. Last year France ran its clothing at up to 40% off, and a girls' down jacket went from €59.99 to €35.99. Related: Boden Black Friday.

How the £49 delivery line changes your Black Friday basket

Standard UK delivery costs £3.99. Orders of £49 or more ship free.

That makes small orders the expensive ones. A £44 order costs £47.99 with delivery. Add £5 more and you reach £49 with free delivery. You get £5 of extra stuff for £1.01.

Check one thing at checkout. We couldn't confirm whether the £49 line is counted before or after a discount. If a 30% cut drops your basket under £49, the £3.99 may come back.

Big items need more patience. Deal tracker VoucherButler says Vertbaudet's nursery furniture ships separately from clothing, on its own timescale, and made-to-order pieces can take several weeks. Read the delivery line on the product page before you pay.

Standard orders usually arrive within 7 working days, according to deal trackers. Some recent Trustpilot reviewers reported delays and parcels lost with the courier. If the cot bed has to be built before a due date or Christmas, order on the first day of the sale.

Can you return a Vertbaudet Black Friday order?

Yes, for most things. Returns are free within 30 days through Evri ParcelShops.

The rules that matter on a sale order:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Keep the furniture box until you're sure.
• Personalised items can't be returned. Vertbaudet sells a lot of name-printed pieces, so think twice on a sale.
• Vertbaudet doesn't do exchanges. You return and reorder, and the sale price may be gone by then.
• The standard delivery charge isn't refunded. Pay £3.99 on a small order, send it back, and that £3.99 stays spent.

Sources differ on whether the 30 days count from purchase or from delivery. Assume purchase. A November 27 order would then need to be back by about December 27.

We found no extended Christmas returns window for Vertbaudet UK. Related: Hill House Home Black Friday.

How can you pay, and are there other discounts?

Vertbaudet UK takes PayPal and Klarna, and deal trackers also list a pay-in-30-days option. Klarna refunds take 5 to 7 business days, so a return won't clear instantly.

There's no student discount, according to deal trackers. We couldn't confirm a current NHS discount either, so don't count on one.

Vertbaudet UK sells and delivers in the UK only. If you're shopping from the US, this sale isn't open to you.

Pros and cons of buying from Vertbaudet on Black Friday

• Furniture and nursery pieces have been part of the sale, at the full 40% in France
• Free delivery from £49 and free 30-day returns via Evri

Cons

• Vertbaudet UK hadn't published 2026 dates as of October 27
• Mid-season clothing markdowns can already beat Black Friday
• Delivery fees aren't refunded on returns, and personalised items are final
• Trustpilot sits at 4 out of 5, but 30% of reviews are 1-star, many about delays and faulty furniture parts

The best move today

Buy clothes from the mid-season sale now if they're already marked down. Then screenshot today's prices on the furniture and nursery pieces you want.

Come back on Friday, November 20. If the sale opens with 30% or more off those pieces, buy on day one so delivery lands well before Christmas.
