Wait. In each of the last three Novembers, Hill House ran a sitewide code during its Annual Sale: 30% off everything in 2023 and 2024, then 25% off everything in 2025. Nap Dresses were included every time.
At 25% off, a $228 Scarlett Nap Dress drops to $171. At 30%, it's $159.60.
There's one exception to "wait." The store's Stock Up Special already has some Nap Dresses at $59 to $119, marked down from $150 to $228. Those are deeper cuts than any sitewide code has delivered. Most markdowns are final sale.
We went through every Hill House Home sale we could date since 2021, then checked the store's live sale pages and product listings. Here's what that history says about Hill House Home Black Friday 2026. Related: Black Friday 2026: every store we tracked.
When is the Hill House Home Black Friday sale in 2026?
Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026. Cyber Monday is November 30.
Hill House doesn't call it a Black Friday sale. It calls it the Annual Sale, and it starts well before Black Friday weekend.
- 2023: coverage of the 30% code ran on Black Friday, November 24, with an end date of November 29.
- 2024: the 30% code was live by Wednesday, November 13, and ran through Monday, December 2.
- 2025: the 25% code was live by Wednesday, November 12, and ran through Monday, December 1.
Hill House hasn't announced 2026 dates yet. If 2026 follows 2024 and 2025, expect the code around November 10 to 13 and an end on Cyber Monday, November 30, or a day later.
That means the sale lands about two weeks before Black Friday. Popular prints and small sizes have that long to sell out.

We couldn't date a 2022 sale with confidence, so it isn't in the table.
Sitewide is now the rule. 2021 was a selected-items sale with full-price exclusions. Since 2023, every Annual Sale we found used one code on the whole site.
The percentage slipped. It went from 30% in 2023 and 2024 to 25% in 2025. Plan your budget on 25%, and treat a return to 30% as a bonus.
The store's own product tags back this up. Listings on hillhousehome.com still carry tags like "Annual Sale 24", "Annual Sale 25", "BFCM23" and "bfcm-eligibile-30off" (the store's spelling). That's the 2023 and 2024 30% event, recorded on the products themselves.

Other things we saw on the site that day:
- Referral offer: give a friend 15% off their first order and get $20 off once they buy.
- Email sign-up: promises early access to launches and restocks. We saw no sign-up discount on the page.
- Annual Sale page: it exists, with a "25% Off Everything" header, but it listed no products and no dates. Don't read that as a 2026 announcement.
- Free US shipping: the cart counts down to $250.
How deep do Hill House markdowns go compared with the sitewide code?
Much deeper. That's the twist most Hill House Black Friday pages miss.
The sitewide code takes 25% or 30% off. Markdowns we saw today already run from about 28% to 73% off list. A few real examples from today's listings:
- Ellie Nap Dress, Lagoon Gingham: $178 to $129, about 28% off.
- Matilda Dress, Black Crepe: $248 to $89, about 64% off.
- Ribbon Ellie Nap Dress, Winter Jasmine Brocade: $298 to $79, about 73% off.
So the code is the better tool for new-season pieces. Markdowns win on older prints.
Then there's stacking. In 2023, coverage said EVERYTHING30 also applied to sale items. If 2026 repeats that, the $129 Lagoon Gingham Ellie would drop to $90.30 at 30% off, or $96.75 at 25%. That's a real reason to hold off on markdowns you aren't worried about losing to a sellout.

Are Hill House Black Friday purchases final sale?
Markdowns are. All 12 items we pulled from the sale collection on October 27 carried a "finalsale" tag in the store's listing data. Store policy, as reported by Dealhack, says final sale markdowns can't be returned or exchanged.
Full-price items bought with the sitewide code are less clear. We couldn't read Hill House's own returns page, so we can't tell you if a code purchase keeps normal return rights.
Here's what the standard policy looks like for regular items:
- Return window: 15 days from delivery.
- Return fee: a $12 fee comes out of your refund, according to Dealhack's summary.
Fifteen days is short. A Nap Dress that arrives December 3 has to be back in the system by December 18, right in the middle of holiday shipping.
Our advice: only buy a size you've worn before in that exact Nap Dress style. Shoppers on Trustpilot report fit differences between styles labeled the same size.
The $250 free shipping math
Free standard shipping in the US starts at $250. Under that, Rank & Style reports a $10 standard fee.
One Nap Dress won't get you there on sale. A $228 Scarlett at 25% off is $171. Add the $10 shipping and you pay $181.
Two dresses usually will. A $218 Katherine plus a $228 Scarlett is $446. At 25% off that's $334.50, comfortably over the line if the threshold counts your discounted total.
The cheaper fix for a single dress: add a pillowcase set ($100 list) or Euro sham ($50 list) from the bedding range. That's only worth it if you'd buy the bedding anyway. Related: Best mattresses.
Does the Hill House Black Friday sale work in the UK?
Hill House opened a UK webstore in May 2023, and FashionNetwork reported dresses there priced at about £145 to £185 at launch. The founder said UK shoppers had asked for it because import duties on US orders were heavy.
We couldn't load the UK site on October 27, 2026, and none of the sale coverage we found gave UK dates or a UK code. Every percentage in our table comes from US coverage.
If you're in the UK, buy from the UK store, not the US one. Rank & Style lists a $50 flat international rate that covers duties, and one Trustpilot reviewer paying in euros said checkout cost more than the dollar listing, before customs fees. What do shoppers say about Hill House during sales?
Not much of it is good. Trustpilot had 15 reviews when we checked, averaging 2 out of 5, and the profile is unclaimed.
The complaints cluster around the moments that matter on Black Friday. Several reviewers describe orders that sat for weeks without tracking. Others say they waited a long time for email replies and got store credit when they expected a refund.
Fifteen reviews is a thin sample for a brand this size. But it lines up with the short return window. Order early in the sale, and keep your order confirmation.

The best move today
Don't pay full price for a Nap Dress in October. The sitewide code has shown up every November since 2023, and if 2026 follows 2025 it should arrive around November 10 to 13.
The one buy-now case is a Stock Up Special dress at $59 in a size you already know fits. Everything else waits for the Annual Sale.
