Hostinger Black Friday 2026: buy at $2.49 or wait?

Hostinger's Black Friday sale is already live. It started October 19, and the Premium plan is $2.49 a month on a 48-month term.

That's a decent price. It isn't the best one.

Last Black Friday, the same Premium plan dropped to $1.95 a month. In 2022 and 2023 it sat at $1.99. And in both 2024 and 2025, Hostinger made its deal deeper around November 10, a few weeks into the sale.

So here's the short answer: wait about two weeks. The sale runs to December 14, so waiting costs you nothing.

We checked Hostinger's Black Friday and pricing pages in the US and UK on October 27, 2026, and pulled every Black Friday sale we could date back to 2022. Below is the ledger, the math, and the renewal price most deal pages leave out. Related: Black Friday 2026: every store we're tracking.

When is the Hostinger Black Friday sale in 2026?

It's on now. Hostinger's Black Friday page lists the 2026 sale as October 19 to December 14, 2026. The UK page shows the same dates.

Black Friday itself is Friday, November 27. Cyber Monday is November 30.

Hostinger's sale has grown much longer. In 2023 it ran November 20 to December 3, about two weeks. In 2025 it ran October 21 to December 15, close to eight weeks. The 2026 window is almost identical to 2025, just two days earlier on each end.

Three things stand out.

Premium went under $2 in 2022, 2023 and 2025. Today's $2.49 is above all three.

$2.49 is the opening price, not the closing one. It's the exact price Hostinger used in its 2024 early-bird phase. That phase ended November 10, and an 85% deal replaced it the next day.

2025 followed the same script. On November 10, 2025, Hostinger put out a press release saying it was raising its Black Friday discounts. If 2026 follows the last two years, the better price lands around November 10.

  • VPS: from $6.49/mo in the US, £4.99/mo in the UK
  • Business email: from $0.39/mo, or £0.39/mo in the UK Related: Brevo Black Friday.
  • AI credits: every website plan shows double credits, for example 500 instead of 250 on Premium

There's no countdown on the pricing page.

Is $2.49 a month a good Hostinger deal?

It's fine. It's not a Black Friday low.

Here's the math on Premium over the full 48 months:

  • Today at $2.49: $119.52
  • 2025 Black Friday price of $1.95: $93.60
  • Difference: $25.92

That's what waiting could be worth if 2026 matches 2025. Small, but free, because the $2.49 price is listed as running until December 14 either way.

What if Hostinger doesn't go deeper this year? Then you buy at $2.49 in mid-November and lose nothing. That's why we say wait.

When should you buy during the sale?

Aim for the week of November 10, then check again on Black Friday.

In 2024, the early price expired November 10 and the 85% deal started November 11. In 2025, the "raised discounts" release went out November 10. Two years in a row, the same date.

Two years is a pattern, not a promise. Hostinger hasn't announced any second phase for 2026.

Don't leave it to the last weekend, though. The page says the sale ends December 14, and in 2025 the last day was December 15. Plan around December 14 as the end date.

What does Hostinger cost after Black Friday?

Hostinger's sale prices only cover your first term. Its Black Friday FAQ says so, and says the renewal price shows before checkout. On the US pricing page today, Premium renews at $10.99 a month. That's 4.4 times the $2.49 sale price.

Run it forward. Four years of Premium at $2.49 costs $119.52. One more year at $10.99 a month costs $131.88.

So year five costs more than the first four years combined.

What does Hostinger cost after Black Friday?
Plan48 months at today's sale priceOne year at renewal price
Premium (US)$119.52$131.88
Unlimited (US)$167.52$203.88
Premium (UK)£114.72£131.88
Unlimited (UK)£157.92£167.88

This is why the 48-month term matters. A longer first term pushes the renewal jump further out. Shorter terms get a smaller discount, according to HostScore's write-up of the 2025 sale, so you hit the higher price sooner and you paid more to get there.

Put a calendar reminder 47 months out. That's when you decide whether to renew, switch hosts, or open a new account.

Premium or Unlimited: which plan should you buy?

Premium, for most people. Hostinger's own Black Friday FAQ says Premium suits most personal, business and WordPress sites.

Unlimited costs $48 more over four years in the US ($167.52 vs $119.52). The bigger difference shows up at renewal: $16.99 a month vs $10.99. That's $72 a year more, every year, once the sale term ends.

Pick Unlimited only if you know you'll run more sites or need the extra mailboxes. Unlimited includes unlimited mailboxes per site free for a year. Premium includes two.

In the UK, there's a cheaper option the US page doesn't show today. Single is £1.49 a month, £71.52 for 48 months, and renews at £7.99. If you're launching one small site, that's the lowest total on the page. Related: best web hosting of 2026.

Do UK buyers get the same Hostinger Black Friday deal?

Same dates, different numbers.

The UK sale runs October 19 to December 14, like the US. UK Premium is £2.39 a month, and the UK page lists an 86% off Single plan that the US pricing page doesn't show.

One catch. Hostinger's UK pricing page says its prices are listed without VAT. Your checkout total will be higher than the £114.72 shown for Premium.

Account region matters too. Hostinger's help center says you can't switch an existing account's currency or regional brand. To pay in GBP, sign up on the UK site.

How do refunds work on a Black Friday hosting plan?

You get 30 days. Hostinger's refund policy covers web, cloud and Agency hosting for 30 days from purchase, and the Black Friday page says eligible plans keep the 30-day money-back guarantee.

The exceptions are where people get caught:

  • Domains: a new .com is refundable only within 96 hours. That $0.01 domain isn't something to worry about, but its renewal is non-refundable.
  • Crypto payments: not covered by the money-back guarantee.
  • AI credits: non-refundable.
  • VPS: after one VPS refund, a 180-day cooldown applies before the next.

Pay by card or PayPal and you're covered for the first month. Pay with crypto and you're not.

How can you pay?

Hostinger's help center lists cards, PayPal and Google Pay for most regions. UK buyers also get Amazon Pay and Revolut Pay.

Klarna is listed for Germany only. There's no buy now, pay later option listed for the US or UK, so plan on paying the full 48 months upfront.

What do Hostinger customers say?

On Trustpilot, Hostinger had a 4.6 out of 5 score from 73,482 reviews when we checked on October 27, 2026. 87% of reviews are 5 stars and 7% are 1 star.

The praise centers on fast sites and helpful support agents. The complaints cluster around chatbots standing in for people, slow escalations, and accounts suspended after verification checks. A few reviewers also flag the jump in price at renewal.
