We checked Sweaty Betty's UK and US sites on October 27, 2026, and pulled every Black Friday sale we could source back to 2020. The pattern is clear. When is the Sweaty Betty Black Friday sale in 2026?
Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026. Cyber Monday is November 30.
Sweaty Betty hasn't published its 2026 dates. Its Black Friday guide says only that the event lands in November, and that Insiders get early access.
Here's when the sale was already live in past years, based on dated press coverage:
- 2021: by Wednesday, November 24
- 2022: by Monday, November 21
- 2023: by Monday, November 20
- 2025: by Tuesday, November 18
Each year it has shown up a little earlier. If 2026 follows 2025, expect it around Tuesday, November 17, roughly 10 days before Black Friday.
When does it end?
Marie Claire noted in 2025 that Sweaty Betty's discounts usually wrap up around Cyber Monday. For 2026 that would be November 30.
That's not the last chance, though. On December 16, 2025, TopCashback was still promoting up to 50% off in the Sweaty Betty sale.

Four things stand out.
The code era is over. In 2021 and 2022 you needed a code for 25% off everything. Since 2023, prices drop on their own, in tiers.
Core Power leggings top out around 30%. We found £60 in 2022, £66 in 2023 and £61.60 in 2025. The one £44 report from 2023 sits next to a £66 report from the same week, which points to colour: Sweaty Betty prices different colourways in different tiers.
The start date keeps creeping earlier. November 24 in 2021. November 18 in 2025.
Outerwear gets the biggest cuts. In 2025, the Mission Waterproof Jacket went 70% off and the Fast Track Running Jacket went from £130 to £43.

One number matters more than the rest. The UK sale filters showed 103 products from the Power collection on October 27. Power is already in the sale before Black Friday starts.

Which Sweaty Betty lines get discounted on Black Friday?
The 2025 sale gives the clearest map. Marie Claire logged was and now prices across the range, and the discount depended on the line, not the category.
- Power: 30% off the leggings and the Power Sports Bra. The Power Contour Plunge Bra went 60% off, from £60 to £21.
- Super Soft: 50% off. Yoga leggings went from £88 to £44, flare trousers from £90 to £45.
- Therma Boost: 30% off, £110 to £77.
- All Day: only 16% off, £65 to £55.25.
- Athlete Seamless: the gym T-shirt went 50% off, £45 to £22.50.
- Jackets: 60% to 70% off. Related: Best slip-on shoes.
So if a Super Soft piece is on your list, Black Friday has been the time. If All Day leggings are, the saving last year was under £10.
Are core styles excluded from the Black Friday sale?
No. Not in the years we checked.
Plain Power leggings were in the sale in 2023 and 2025. The catch is the tier. Core colours sat at 25% to 30%, while prints and seasonal versions went to 50% and beyond.
You can see the same split in Sweaty Betty's August 2026 sale. Woman & Home found Power Leggings 7/8 at 25% off (£66), while Power Trio Stripe leggings were 50% off (£44) and Power Cropped leggings were over 60% off (£31).

Picking a print over plain black has been worth another £17.60 on top of last year's 30%. If you're colour-flexible, wait and filter the sale by discount on the day.
Can you return Sweaty Betty sale items?
Sweaty Betty's Black Friday guide says its standard returns policy applies to the event, unless it announces a longer holiday window on the site. None of the store pages we could load mention a final-sale rule for Black Friday items.
The standard policy is 45 days of free returns, which Sweaty Betty advertises across 150 countries. In the US, items need to be in perfect condition with proof of purchase, and you print a USPS label from the returns portal.
Order on Black Friday and a 45-day window takes you to around January 11, 2027. Check the returns line at checkout to see whether Sweaty Betty counts from order or from delivery.
That long window is why we'd lean into sizing up and down. Order two sizes of a Power legging, keep the one that fits, and send the other back free.
How Insiders gets you in first
Insiders is Sweaty Betty's free loyalty scheme. Its Black Friday guide lists early sale access, free delivery and a birthday treat as perks.
The homepage was promoting "Insiders 2.0" on October 27, with points and tiers.
Join now, not on Black Friday. The guide says popular sizes may sell out and restocks are limited. Early access is the only real defence against a sold-out size 8 in the colour you want.
The Insiders welcome offer only works on full-price products, per Sweaty Betty's US terms. It won't stack on a Black Friday price.
UK vs US: how the Sweaty Betty sale differs
The UK sale is far bigger. On October 27 it listed 561 products against 151 on the US site.
Offers differ too. The UK was running 30% off winter lines. The US sale banner showed 20% off selected lines.
US shipping has a line to watch. Sweaty Betty US listed free shipping from $75 in late 2025, with $10 standard shipping below that.
In 2023, US Power leggings went from $100 to $70. A single pair at that price falls $5 short of free shipping, and $10 shipping would cut your $30 saving to $20. Add a second item instead. Related: Boden Black Friday.
Do student and instructor discounts work on Black Friday?
No. Sweaty Betty's US terms say the 20% student discount and the 30% fitness professional discount apply to full-price items only. Neither can be used on sale or markdowns.
That cuts both ways. A student pays £70.40 for £88 Power leggings at full price with 20% off, which is more than last year's £61.60 Black Friday price. Wait.
For a qualified instructor the math flips. At the 30% professional rate in Sweaty Betty's terms, £88 leggings cost £61.60 at full price. That matches Black Friday 2025, with no queue and the full size range. Check the rate shows in your UK account, then buy whenever you like.

Join Insiders today. It's free, and it's how you get into the 2026 sale before the public, likely around November 17 if Sweaty Betty sticks to last year's timing.
Then hold off on plain core styles unless your size is already in the current 30% winter edit. If you can live with a print, Black Friday has paid an extra £17.60 a pair.
