The floor fares are R$69.90 on Buser and R$89.99 on ClickBus, plus a dynamic ClickBus fee of at least R$5.00. On a typical day the gap narrows to about R$10: most Buser departures cost R$124.90, and ClickBus resells Águia Branca’s cheapest convencional at R$129.90. ClickBus runs a cashback wallet and a September coupon worth up to R$100 off, capped at 10% of the ticket.
BuserBuser’s charter rule is the shortest in the market: cancel free up to 1 hour before departure, full amount to the wallet. ClickBus follows ANTT’s 3-hour rule with up to 5% retained, and keeps part of its fee unless you cancel within 24 hours of purchase. PIX refunds are immediate on Buser and up to 24 hours on ClickBus. Buser’s resale tickets lose this edge.
BuserA ClickBus ticket is a seat on a scheduled line; if it leaves more than 1 hour late, ANTT’s rules give you a competing carrier, a refund, or a later bus. Buser can cancel a charter that misses its minimum passenger count with 48 hours’ notice, and its delay compensation is case by case.
ClickBusBuser picks up at Barra Funda, Tietê, Hebraica-Rebouças, Shopping Eldorado and more in São Paulo, and Leblon, Flamengo and Via Parque in Rio. ClickBus tickets board at Tietê and Novo Rio, about an hour faster terminal to terminal. It depends on where you live; the Buser review lists every pickup point.
